What data do we collect?

The organisation collects the following data:

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide the organisation with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • Use the contact form or assessment questionnaire on our website

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey, provide feedback or contact on any of our message boards or via email

  • Voluntarily complete a booking form before commencing services

The organisation securely stores your data at the registered company address, utilising a password protected computer and locked filing cabinet.

The organisation will keep your data (Name, address, email address, telephone number if provided) for 12 months following last contact. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data securely from all computers and by shredding.
